Creating an order processing application

Description

Paper orders are received and entered into an excel spreadsheet. From that spreadsheet, the new orders are entered into Solidworks' website portal to actually place the order.

The current workflow:

  1. Order received in paper form.
  2. Paper order passed off to employee to enter into excel workbook.
  3. Excel spreadsheet accessed by order processing employee.
  4. Order processor enters product information from spreadsheet into Solidworks' ordering website portal.
Requirements
  1. Would like a workflow type setup, ie. when the order is created there should be a field that indicates the next person to receive the completed process from the current step.
